Commercial Electronic Message Approval

1. Subject of consent

Where you consent, this text applies to commercial electronic messages sent by Pupas Teknoloji Yatırımları Danışmanlık Anonim Şirketi ("Company") under Law No. 6563 and IYS obligations for information, product/service promotion, advertising, and marketing.

2. Scope

Your consent covers product and service announcements, event invitations, content and newsletter sharing, and similar commercial electronic messages within the Company's legitimate activities.

3. Data processed

Name, email, phone, company/title information, and consent records (timestamp, source, document version) may be processed.

4. Right to opt out

You may withdraw consent at any time via [email protected] or [email protected], opt-out links in messages, or IYS.

5. Protection of personal data

Personal data in commercial messaging processes is governed by the KVKK General Privacy Notice. Withholding consent does not prevent you from submitting contact or appointment requests.
