Recurring Payment Instruction Agreement
Recurring card collection instruction for subscription renewals.
This instruction covers recurring collection of your OpenRez subscription fee from your card for your selected billing period (monthly, yearly, or three-year).
1. Scope
Each renewal period, the current plan fee (including promotions) is charged. Price changes are notified by email at least 7 days in advance.
2. Payment Institution
Collection uses licensed payment institution infrastructure; your instruction is transmitted accordingly.
3. Insufficient funds / decline
Failed collection may suspend subscription; retry and notification procedures apply.
4. Cancellation
Cancel the recurring instruction via the admin panel or support. Cancellation applies from the next billing cycle; refunds follow policy for the current paid period.
5. Card changes
You must provide updated card details on expiry or change; otherwise service interruption may occur.
